PIMP YOUR PORRIDGE
Winter is well and truly here friends! And it means that we want to get cosy, eat grounding food and truly take care of our body and what better way to do this than with some nourishing, warm, porridge?! Whilst porridge is yummy, is truly the toppers that take the spotlight.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup milk of choice (we like coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup water
- BANANA SPLIT: banana, strawberries, Stella, cacao nibs, cinnamon, coconut yoghurt
- SPICY SAVOURY: radish, sporuts, Sofia, olive oil
- STAWBERRY-CHOCOLATE: Stella, strawberries, almonds, cacao nibs
- CARROT CAKE: 1/2 carrot grated, nutmeg, cinnamon, walnuts, pepitas
What you need:
- Combine the oats, milk and water and stir over medium heat until it thickens.
- Top with your choice of topping combo!
