The perfect veggie side to salmon or fish! The tamari blend itself perfectly to an Asian-inspired dinner, or just eat it straight! (cause it’s THAT good)

    What you need:
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp cup tamari sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  • 2 tbsp Siena Seasoning
    How to make:
  • Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray.
  • Cut the eggplant into wedges and place on the baking tray. Combine all the remaining ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Using a basting brush (or a spoon), brush the mix over all the pieces of eggplant and bake for 20-25 minutes.
