The perfect veggie side to salmon or fish! The tamari blend itself perfectly to an Asian-inspired dinner, or just eat it straight! (cause it’s THAT good)
- 1 eggplant
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp cup tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 2 tbsp Siena Seasoning
What you need:
- Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray.
- Cut the eggplant into wedges and place on the baking tray. Combine all the remaining ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Using a basting brush (or a spoon), brush the mix over all the pieces of eggplant and bake for 20-25 minutes.
