We are all about making simply, healthy swaps in the Mingle kitchen. For a more nutrient dense, flavourful rice, swap your regular refine white rice that raises blood sugars, for some fibre rich cauliflower rice that provides many health benefits including detoxing the liver!

    What you need:
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 spring onions, diced
  • 1 tbsp Siena Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • ¼ cup pepitas/sunflower seeds
  • fresh herbs  to serve
    How to make:
  • Blitz the cauliflower florets in a large food processor until rice sized bits form. In a medium fry pan, heat the coconut oil and cook the rice with spring onions and Siena Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with pepitas/sunflower seeds and sprinkle with fresh herbs
