Although there are definitely worse things than potatoes, swapping it for cauliflower just gives you more benefits for the same flavour. You’ll be surprised at how similar the two taste, yet one is just THAT much more nutritious for you. AND if you want, add some full fat cream and swap the olive oil for butter to get the rich flavour!
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Siena Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
What you need:
- Steam 1 head of cauliflower in a double boiler until very soft. About 20 minutes.
- Blend with all other ingredients using a food processor or hand held stick blender until smooth and creamy.
- Seasoning with your choice of fresh herbs
