CAULIFLOWER HASH BROWNS

The perfect Sunday morning breakfast – just add some eggs and bacon!

    How to make:
  • Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray.
  • In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble a fine crumb
  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Shape into 6 or so hashbrown shapes on the baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes.
