This is like mac and cheese on steroids! For that creamy bowl of pasta on a Friday night after a loooooong week at work, this the meal perfect to tuck into. Not to mention it takes about 2 seconds to make (the cooking of the pasta takes the longest!) and because it is so filling with all dem good fats, you physically won’t be able to accidentally eat 5 bowls. (Don’t worry we’ve been there too). Serves 1.

    What you need:
  • ½ a large avocado
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Siena Garlic and Herb Seasoning (or more if you like more garlic!)
  • handful of fresh basil leaves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • parmesan cheese to serve (optional)
    How to make:
  • Combine everything into a small food processor or blender and blitz until smooth and creamy! Toss through zoodles or some gluten free pasta, serve with parmesan cheese (optional).
