Although we would love to eat organic 100% of the time, sometimes it’s just not possible. Whether it comes down to money or your local shops not having organic produce, the most important thing is to always get a wide range of nutrients.

However in saying this, there are definitely some fruits and vegetables that you should be aware of when you are doing your veggie haul. The “Dirty Dozen” are those that are sprayed with the most pesticides so where possible, try and buy them organic. On the positive side, those that are the “Clean Fifteen” are usually okay to eat non-organic due to their skin.
