THE EASIEST STIR FRY

Siena

This stir fry with chicken mince makes the easier and most fuss-free mid-week meal.

Serves 2

    What you need:
  • 500g organic chicken mince
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 brown onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Siena seasoning
  • 1 broccoli, diced
  • 3 cup cauliflower rice
  • 3 cups bean shoots
  • Coriander to serve
    How to make:
  • Saute the coconut oil, onion and Siena seasoning until soft. Add the chicken and brown. Break it up a bit with a flat ended wooden spoon, but leave it a little chunky.
  • Add the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower rice and bean shoots and stir through for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with coriander and DEVOUR!
