SLOW COOKER CHICKEN

2 minutes prep + 8 hours cooking on low or 4 hours on high

Holy smokes – if you want to simplify your cooking even more, cook your chicken whole in the slow cooker. Not only can you leave it for the day, but you get all the benefits of the broken down collagen, minerals and gelatin that you would otherwise miss out on from just roasting it. Oh, and did we mention that the meat is juicy af??

    What you need:
  • 1 whole organic chicken
  • Sammy Seasoning
  • 1/2 Lemon, sliced into rounds
    How to make:
  • Put the chicken into your slow cooker and sprinkle with Sammy seasoning. Lay the lemon circles on top of the chicken and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
