SIMPLE MOROCCAN CAULIFLOWER RICE

This ‘rice’ is the perfect side dish to go with meats or to be tossed through a salad!

    What you need:
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Sahara seasoning
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
    How to make:
  • Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until rice sized bits form
  • Heat the coconut oil in a small fry pan and sautee the cauliflower, spice and parsley until soft
  • Serve!
