SALMON AND VEGGIE SKEWERS

These skewers are a fun and fast way to get in some healthy fats and veggies.

    What you need:
  • 2 fillets of salmon
  • 1/2 red onion , cut into wedges
  • 6-8 button mushrooms
  • Sally Ranch seasoning
    How to make:
  • Cut the salmon fillets into 3 cm chunks. Place one onto a skewer, followed by a mushroom and a piece of onion. Sprinkle all over with Sally Seasoning
  • On a grilling plate, grill the skewers until charred all the way around and cooked through
