SALAD DRESSINGS 3 WAYS

There is no such thing as a bland salad in our kitchen! Not when you’re sprinkling the Mingle girls all over your favourite veggies and topping it all off with a delicious dressing full of healthy fats, digestive boosting lemon or even creamy avo! So here you have it, 3 favourite dressings that we love at Mingle!

1. Sammy’s all-purpose dressing

This handy dressing goes well on just about everything! Plus the addition of lemon aids digestion, helping your body to break down food!

2. Sienna’s garlic-y green dressing

How about a creamy dressing without the store bought crap? Avocado comes to the rescue (as per usual) plus the hint of garlic and herb adds an epic kick

3. Sally’s Ranch dressing

A healthy and dairy free version of the regular ranch dressing to add some epic boom to a regular salad. Plus, the coconut milk gives it a hint of sweetness!

    What you need:
  • Sammy’s all-purpose dressing:
  • 2 tsp Sammy
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Sienna’s garlic-y green dressing:
  • 1/4 large avocado
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 tsp Siena
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • squeeze of lemon
  • Sally’s Ranch dressing:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Sally
  • pinch of salt
    How to make:
  • Sammy’s all-purpose dressing:
  • Combine all ingredients together in a small jar and shake vigorously until combined.
  • Sienna’s garlic-y green dressing:
  • In a small food processor, blend all ingredients together until it forms a creamy consistency.
  • Sally’s Ranch dressing:
  • In a small food processor, blend all ingredients together until it forms a creamy consistency.
