MOROCCAN BROCCOLI RICE
With summer in full swing and BBQ’s happening so quickly you are loosing track, this fast, simple and delightful broccoli rice can be used in so many ways. Toss it with just about anything and you’ll have yourself something remarkable.
*2 heads makes approximately 4 cups of rice
Serving suggestions: Use for a tabouli, mix into a salad, serve as a side with some pistachios through it!
- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets *
- 2 tbsp Sahara Moroccan seasoning
- 1 tsp coconut oil
What you need:
- In a food processor, blitz the broccoli until rice size bits form. Do not over blitz.
- Heat the coconut oil in a medium fry pan and add rice and Sahara. Mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes or until just cooked
