MOROCCAN BAKED CHICKEN MEATBALLS

Seasonings used:

Sahara

Meatballs are simple anyway….but BAKED ones are even simpler! Serves 2-3 (with a sauce and pasta served with it)

 

    What you need:
  • 500g mince of choice (beef, lamb, chicken)
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tbsp Sahara seasoning
  • 1.5 tsp oregano
  • 1 egg
  • coconut or olive oil to spray
    How to make:
  • Preheat the oven to 190c a line a baking tray
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix using your hands. Roll into balls and place on the tray
  • Spray with coconut or olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden
