GARLIC AND HERB SHREDDED BRUSSELS

Is anyone else as excited as we are for brussel sprouts to be back?! They have such a bad wrap as a vegetable but if you cook them correctly, they are SOOOOOOOOOO delicious! So, try out or recipe and let us know!

    What you need:
  • 500g brussel sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp Siena Garlic and Herb Seasoning
    How to make:
  • Cut all the brussels in half and process in a food processor until shredded
  • Heat the coconut oil in a fry pan and add the brussels and Siena.
  • Saute for 10-15 minutes or until soft. Seasoning with 1 tsp salt.
