BREAKFAST MUGGINS

In a rush to get out the door? That’s no excuse for skipping breakfast when you can whip up 2 breakfast muggins for on-the-go! Add any extra veggies you fancy!

    What you need:
  • 2 organic free range eggs
  • 6 cherry tomatos, cut in half
  • handful of spinach
  • Sally Ranch Seasoning
    How to make:
  • Put half the spinach and tomatoes in each cup and crack an egg in each. Sprinkle with Sally Ranch Seasoning, salt and pepper. Microwave for 2 minutes!
  • Serve with goats cheese, avocado or anything you fancy!
