AVOCADO MOUSSE

Preparation time:

5 minutes cooking + 2 hours setting

How’s this for a creamy and healthy fat-filled mousse?!

    What you need:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream, chilled so that it's firm
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp rice malt syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Stella, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
    How to make:
  • Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy
  • Place into 2 mugs and sprinkle with Stella. Allow it to set for 2 hours in the fridge
