For some, vegetables just do NOT seem exciting, while for others, the same way of roasting your veggies can get a bit boring and you want to funk things up again. Bring some EXCITEMENT back into your life. Get your taste buds DANNNNCINGGGG along to life! We got you.

Here are 3 ways to funk up your veg so you fall back in love, or just enjoy them in the first place:

  1. Add dukkah. Toss your veggies in olive oil and sprinkle with dukkah. Roast at 190c for 30 minutes or until golden.
  2. Sautee them with come leek. Use some of our Siena Seasoning, and saute with leek and coconut oil until caramelised. Add some veggies and saute in the pan until soft. Season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and lemon – done!
  3. Make a healthy sauce. Don’t think that are sauces are unhealthy. Homemade ones without sugar or toxic oil can be super good for you.
    Make a chimichurri sauce to drizzle on top of steamed greens (blend olive oil, garlic, spring onion, parsley, chives, lemon juice until thin), or a creamy tahini sauce (tahini, parsley, garlic, spring onion, coriander, lemon juice and water as needed. Blend until creamy and as thick/thin as your want it. Just add more water as needed)
